Caesar Mayo

- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ Parmesan cheese, grated finely
- Whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire.
- Add and blend mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
