- Antipasto Bread
- 1 10-inch round
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup red pepper
- ¼ cup green pepper
- 6 diced artichoke hearts
- ¼ cup black olives
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Oil 10-inch pizza round; layer onion, peppers, black olives and artichoke hearts over dough.
- Sprinkle cheese over toppings, then salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 F for 18 minutes, or until browned.
