Ingredients
  • 6 ounces tomato puree or all-purpose ground tomatoes
  • 1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whip until smooth.
  2. Spread on pizza shell.
