Penne with Chicken and Pesto

- Pesto Sauce
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
- ¼ cup pine nuts
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
- Put the basil, garlic, cheeses and pine nuts in a food processor.
- Pulse the machine a number of times until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- With the motor running, slowly add the olive oil, salt and pepper.
