Chicken Béchamel Pizza

- 14-inch pizza dough
- Béchamel Sauce (recipe follows)
- 2 cups fresh spinach, washed and finely chopped
- 1 pound cooked chicken breasts, cut into ¼-inch wide strips
- 2 ½ ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup sliced portobello mushrooms
- 1¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Spread the Béchamel sauce over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle on the grated Parmesan.
- Add chopped spinach, chicken strips, bacon and portobello mushrooms.
- Sprinkle on mozzarella and bake.
