Lemon Bars -- Lemon Topping

- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- ΒΌ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons flour
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, brown sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice and flour.
- Pour the mixture on top of the par-baked crust, then place back in the oven and bake until the topping is set (about 20 minutes).
- Remove from oven and let cool, then place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to further cool and set. After 2 hours, remove from fridge, cut into squares or rectangles and dust with powdered sugar. Keep refrigerated until serving.
