Fig Jam Flavor Bomb Pizza

- 12-ounce dough ball
- 4 ounces fig jam
- 6 fresh figs, sliced
- 4 ounces spicy chorizo, crumbled
- 3 ounces bacon, crumbled
- 3 ounces guanciale, torn
- 3 ounces Mascarpone cheese
- Form dough into a disc.
- Brush with fig jam.
- Top with fresh fig slices, chorizo, bacon and guanciale.
- Dollop on Mascarpone cheese.
- Bake until crust is golden brown and ready to serve.
