Sweet Bacon Pizza

- 12-ounce dough ball
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ΒΌ cup honey
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
- 3 tablespoons candied pecans, chopped
- 2 ounces grated Pecorino
- Romano
- Roll out the dough ball.
- Spread olive oil over stretched dough.
- Top with mozzarella.
- Add bacon and pecans.
- Bake until golden brown.
- After bake, drizzle with honey and sprinkle Pecorino Romano cheese.
- Slice and serve.
