Cilantro Jalapeño Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon shallots (about ½ shallot)
  • 1 tablespoon roasted jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. Blend or whisk all ingredients
  2. together, except oil.
  3. Drizzle in oil, whisking/blending to emulsify dressing.
